Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups rye flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ¼ cup rye flakes
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Cooking Directions

  1. Put water, honey, butter, salt, rye flour, all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, rye flakes, sugar, and yeast, respectively, into the pan of your bread machine.
  2. Select Basic setting and press Start.
Bread machines required different ordering of ingredients. Please consult your machine's instruction manual for the best results from your machine; Try to keep the yeast separate from the salt while preparing.
